The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Inspection of the Subjects of Entrepreneurship exclusively on the Grounds of Court Decisions"

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No. 5327), any inspection of the subjects of entrepreneurship (unless conducted under the procedure fixed by the Law "On Operative Crime Detection Activities", the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and other Laws) shall be conducted exclusively on the grounds of court decisions.

The Bill shall prevent groundless inspections of the subjects of entrepreneurship, creating more transparent and equal conditions of entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
